Project

🟢 Beginner – Documentation & Translation

  • Review AI-generated Turkish translations of Nextflow training websites
  • Contribute to nf-core/sarek pipeline updates (topic channels / strict syntax) (Project link)
  • Help review new Nextflow documentation (Project link)

🔵 Intermediate & Advanced – scdownstream Development

Focus on resolving the following nf-core/scdownstream issues:

  • Cell cycle analysis implementation (issue #170)
  • scDblFinder module implementation (issue #144)
  • Sample sex prediction (issue #171)
  • Migration of legacy steps to AnndataR (issue #207)
  • Update MAD-based dynamic filtering option open pull request to comply with the latest nf-core template (PR #204)

Beginners and intermediates will be supported by experienced members throughout the process.
