This project focuses on creating and publishing new modules to the nf-core/modules repository, expanding the community collection of reusable Nextflow components.
The main modules to implement in the nf-core are:
- Stacks refmap
- Metacerberus database download
- Metacerberus annotation
- SingleM metapackage download
- SingleM pipe
We may add new ideas or other modules to work on
Goal
Write, test, and submit new modules following nf-core guidelines so they are available to the wider community.
